Every month you will join a core sessions that runs for 3½ hours, giving you time to reflect and actively participate. The 5 in-depth core sessions include break out sessions facilitated by strategic advisors and coaches to executives, senior leaders, HR directors and teams.
6 Months Access
Enabling Academy
On Demand Videos
Follow Micro Lessons created for leaders undergoing change and leverage the Management Toolkit videos to easily access practical tools, that can help you to address specific change challenges along your change journey. These videos are a perfect complement to the live training sessions.

Who is leading the programme?
This programme is led by Louise Ellekilde Fogstrup, a trusted advisor to top executives with a strong background in Organisational Development, Change Management and Leadership. She will be accompanied by experienced and strategic advisors, consultants and coaches as facilitators on this training.
Louise has extensive experience working with diverse cultures and stakeholder groups, while advising leadership teams on leading and implementing change. She has developed a strong focus on building organisational competences to lead change.
