Louise Ellekilde Fogstrup

Working as an executive advisor in business transformation, I am an experienced leader and enabler of change management and business transformation, motivated to create impactful and sustainable change. I excel in facilitating board and executive-level discussions. My main focus over recent years has been to leverage my understanding of the healthcare landscape and its complex dilemmas to bring results to global healthcare companies and regulatory authorities.
Through my extensive experience working with diverse cultures and stakeholder groups, while I advise leadership teams on leading and implementing change, I have developed a strong focus on building organisational competences to lead change. I am a trusted advisor and sparring partner to top executives in various industries and enjoy offering strategic guidance and fostering learning during the change process.
Committed to empowering enablers, I share my knowledge as an external lecturer at Goethe University and serve on the Board of Frankfurt International School. Through fostering this Enabler Community, I want to inspire and support change practitioners to be exceptional as strategic change enablers and make a lasting impact in the organisations they serve.
Jane Hoareau
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ENABLER

I am a digital and content marketer with experience in both change management content and overall communications and marketing strategies. With over 15 years of professional content creation and copywriting experience, I possess a proven track record across diverse industries, including travel, SaaS, health and well-being as well as organisational change.
I can distil the technical aspects of change management into accessible content, making it clear and approachable to diverse audiences. Additionally, I have a versatile skill set in digital and traditional marketing, with competence in content creation (eg: website copy, blogs, magazine articles), copywriting, social media marketing and brand development.
I have developed a passion for helping firms effectively communicate their beliefs, know-how and values throughout my career. I learnt early on in travel marketing to value and practice my aptitude for relationship marketing; this is the remarkable talent I have applied in every industry since. At the core of every business are people. My role is to understand an organisation’s audience and communicate with them to build relationships that last.
Naomi Lockwood
LEARNING, OD & FACILITATION ENABLER

I am a Learning and Organisational Development professional with over 20 years of experience working in public, private and third (NGO's, Charities) sectors to enhance individual, team and organisational effectiveness. I have held various Director-level roles in Learning and Development, HR, Talent and Organisational Development in global education, UK National Health Service and pharmaceuticals.
I apply my experience and knowledge in psychological safety, leadership development, learning, and culture change to my work across multiple organisations. I hold deep expertise in facilitation, design and delivery of initiatives. I enjoy bringing my mastery of these areas to help solve problems, build capability and co-create change through working in partnership with organisations.
I like to truly understand my clients' challenges, aspirations and goals. In doing this, I ensure that through the work we do together, they achieve impactful results for their people and businesses.
Karen Saunders

As an executive coach with a professional background in HR and time spent on leadership teams, I have considerable experience of partnering with SMEs and large businesses in complex, ambiguous and sensitive situations in the UK and beyond.
I have an understanding, and experience of, the challenges faced in a fast-paced and uncertain world and recognise that the higher up the career ladder one goes, the lonelier it can feel. Many of my clients value and relate to this.
My areas of expertise include leadership development, change management, developing high-performing teams and organisational development. I am well-regarded as a strategic sounding board and am also a DISC personal profile practitioner. My clients range across industries such as pharma/healthcare, utilities, engineering, tech.
I am passionate about enabling personal growth and business success.
My strengths lie in collaboration and building strong relationships underpinned by emotional intelligence and a pragmatic and positive outlook. I am unafraid to tackle the difficult questions in the spirit of nurturing growth at a personal, team and business level.

Inspired by my 20 years of strategic and operational experience as a consultant and a C-level executive in international companies, I deliver advice, implementation, facilitation and coaching within people and organisational development, change management, cultural enablement, team performance and leadership evolution.
I bring extensive expertise as a certified project manager, experienced in defining and managing strategic projects. Notable achievements include spearheading transformative initiatives, such as guiding the implementation of strategic changes within a biotech company.
I am also an AC-accredited business coach.

Since 1998, I have combined a humorous, paradoxical approach from applied improvisation with a conceptual framework rooted in systemic and transactional analysis consulting. My methods create space for spontaneity, creativity, and flexibility.
As a systemic coach and transactional analysis consultant, I work with managers and teams to promote clarity and effective collaboration. My experience in large-group facilitation allows me to guide even complex processes in a dynamic and structured way.
With more than 25 years of experience as a managing director, improvisational actor, and facilitator, I bring a diverse skill set to every project.
I’m an experienced C-Level leadership coach, and for me, improvisation techniques are not just tools, but a key to discovering unconventional solutions. In everything I do, I remain "playfully blunt" – because real change requires a playful dose of blunt honesty.
