Enabling Change was founded by Louise Ellekilde Fogstrup in 2016.
Over the last 18 years, Louise’s professional focus has been on strategic change, leadership development, business transformation and change projects, including cross-border transformation programmes.
Passionate about leading the change journey while building the competences of the team leading the journey and thus enabling long-lasting change, Louise is an experienced facilitator, presenter and educator.
