Enabling Change was founded by Louise Ellekilde Fogstrup in 2016. Its purpose is to enable organisations, leaders and project managers to make change initiative successful, to ensure benefits are realised and value added to change and business transformation.

About Louise Ellekilde Fogstrup
Over the last 12 years, Louise’s professional focus has been on strategic change, business transformation and change projects, including cross-border transformation programmes. Louise currently lives in Germany and has studied and worked in Denmark and other European countries. Louise is an experienced advisor, facilitator, lecturer and presenter.
