EXAMPLES OF OUR WORK

LEADING AND IMPLEMENTING TRANSFORMATION

As part of a pharmaceutical company's transformation, the R&D organisation underwent significant changes, including downsizing, site closures, and centralisation.

Enabling Change joined the organisation to assist with the next phase of the transformation, which involved defining a new R&D model and implementing and rebuilding momentum.

The challenge: Coordinating the transformation journey in order to establish a unified direction throughout the business.

Our solution: A structured process to align and mobilise the R&D Leadership Team.

LEADING CHANGE
AND BUILDING COMPETENCES

Our client was in the middle of implementing a new strategy and multiple parallel change initiatives, including an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation.

The challenge: Aligning 50+ change initiatives, creating a common understanding of the change journey and building and strengthening the change competences in their organisation.

Our Solution: Starting with Business Impact mapping, we created a framework to obtain a common understanding and implemented a Change Management Training programme to build internal competencies so the client could lead the implementation of the changes themselves.
